Eligible employees can enroll in Rivian benefits if you’re employed for a definite or indefinite period with Rivian Serbia. Cover is effective on your date of hire or the date of your qualifying life event.’
Eligible family members
You can enrol your eligible dependents:
- Your spouse
- Your domestic partner who lives with you
- Your children, up to age 30
You will be enrolled in your benefits automatically when you are hired.
