Work Right injury prevention
Work Right are a team of injury-prevention specialists who support our Rivian employees in feeling their best. Whether you work on your feet or at a desk or some combination of the two, you can schedule a virtual appointment (using your Rivian email address) with Work Right for help with:
- Musculoskeletal-related symptoms
- Mild discomfort
- Muscle tension, fatigue and/or soreness
- General overuse caused by repetitive factors
- Work-related and nonwork-related injuries

Fitness reimbursement
From making you happier to helping you live longer, regular exercise is key to living a healthy, balanced life. Exercise can improve your sleep quality, your energy level and even your memory. Rivian’s fitness reimbursement programme supports you in leading an active lifestyle.
Amount of benefit
At the beginning of each month, your stipend of RSD 2.900 will be deposited into your Forma account. Your balance can accrue for one quarter, up to RSD 8.700. At the beginning of each quarter, your balance will reset to RSD 2.900. Any unused funds do not roll over into the next calendar year—your balance automatically resets each new year.
New employees receive the full monthly stipend in their Forma account upon hire.
How to submit claims
When you purchase an eligible item, you can submit a claim for reimbursement from your Forma account. Simply sign into your account, navigate to the claims tab, click on the + New claim button, fill out the form, and upload your receipt.
Be sure your receipt includes your name, the name of the item purchased, the purchase date, and the amount.
Reimbursement requests are reviewed by the Forma team within three business days. Reimbursement will be made through Rivian payroll.
Claims must be submitted during the same quarter in which the expense was incurred.

Get started
Create your account at Forma using your Rivian email address. Through your account, you’ll receive your stipend and can check your account balance, browse for eligible purchases, and track your transaction history.
