You are eligible for Rivian benefits if you are a permanent, nonseasonal employee who works more than 20 hours per week. Coverage is effective on your date of hire or the date of your qualifying life event.

You can enrol your eligible dependents:
- Your spouse
- Your domestic partner who lives with you
- Your children
You have 31 days following a qualifying life event, such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption, to make changes to your benefits.
