Rivian recognises the following holidays for employees in the United Kingdom.

Due to business needs, some functions may be required to operate on select holidays.
Paid time off
All employees receive 200 hours of paid time off (PTO) per year (prorated year 1 based on your start date).
You can carry over up to 40 unused hours of PTO into the following year. Days carried over into the following year must be used by 30 April of that year.
Parental leave of absence
Birth mothers receive up to 18 weeks—and non-birthing parents 12 weeks—of paid leave at 100% of your regular weekly pay if you:
- Have given birth to a child
- Are a spouse or partner of a woman who has given birth to a child
- Adopted a child (except the adoption of a new spouse’s child)
- Became a parent through surrogacy
- Were recently appointed guardianship or were placed with a foster child age 17 or younger
