Stronger Minds counselling

If you’re feeling symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress, Stronger Minds can help. And you don’t need to see your general practitioner first—simply call to talk with a counsellor or psychologist. All sessions are confidential and private.

You’re eligible to use Stronger Minds when you enrol in the medical scheme through AXA PPP Healthcare. Stronger Minds is not available for members 18 years old or younger.

After your initial assessment, your personal advisor may recommend clinical treatment with a provider that’s right for you: a counsellor, psychologist or specialist. Sessions may be face to face, by email or over the telephone, depending on the provider. Your personal advisor may also recommend self-help resources.

Your Stronger Minds personal advisor will also be there to support and guide you throughout your treatment and can pre-authorise your treatment if needed.
