These are the benefits you’ll need to enroll in during your first two weeks (the benefit effective date will be your date of hire):

If you don’t enroll
Sunsetting December 31, 2024: If you don’t choose benefits within 14 days of your hire date, you’ll be enrolled only in employee-only medical coverage through the Blue Shield PPO Health Savings Account (HSA) 3500 plan.
Effective January 1, 2025: If you are hired on or after January 1, 2025 you will not be automatically enrolled in any medical, dental or vision plans if you do not complete your elections within 14 days of your hire date.
The benefits you elect now will be in effect through the end of the calendar year unless you have a qualifying life event. Your next opportunity to make changes will be during the annual Open Enrollment period in the fall, with an effective date of the next January 1.
