Virtual care—or telehealth—allows you to see doctors and therapists on your schedule by phone or computer, day or night. Receive care for a variety of conditions, including the flu, a sore throat, a rash or an infection. Virtual care providers can also treat mental and behavioral health issues and provide prescriptions if needed.

Telehealth visits

Sick toddler at 3 a.m.? Feeling ill while on vacation? Having difficulty managing stress? Whenever you need health care, you have 24/7 access to virtual care with high-quality providers.

Generally, virtual visits are good for:

  • Nonemergency medical conditions, such as the flu, allergies and sinus infections.
  • Dermatology issues, such as psoriasis, eczema and acne.
  • Mental health care, such as help with anxiety, eating disorders and depression.
  • Prescriptions, if needed, sent directly to your pharmacy.
