How it works

- The IRS allows you to set aside up to $315 per month pretax for public transportation and parking expenses.
- Rivian deducts your contributions from your paycheck on a pretax basis.
- You can enroll or stop participating anytime throughout the year. Changes are effective the first of the following month.
