Work Right injury prevention

Athletes come in all shapes and sizes, and they don’t just run, throw or kick a ball. They also lift, push, pull and carry—sometimes all day long.

Work Right is a team of injury-prevention specialists who support our Rivian employees in feeling their best. Whether you’re an industrial athlete, a desk athlete or some combination of the two, you can schedule a virtual or on-site appointment (using your Rivian email address) with Work Right for help with:

  • Musculoskeletal-related symptoms
  • Mild discomfort
  • Muscle tension, fatigue and/or soreness
  • General overuse caused by repetitive factors
  • Work-related and nonwork-related injuries

Hinge Health, for Rivian employees and dependents (18+) enrolled in the Anthem medical plan: complimentary access to Hinge Health. This digital exercise therapy program helps relieve joint and muscle pain, including back, knee, and ankle discomfort, through personalized exercises and one-on-one support from health professionals—all from the convenience of your home.

Kaiser plan members

You have access to Active&Fit Direct, which offers memberships at gyms and YMCAs nationwide for $28 per month, and ClassPass, which provides on-demand virtual fitness classes. Learn more on the Kaiser website.
